How It Works
Electrochemical Reaction
Water and dissolved ions are subjected to an electrical current inside an electrochemical reactor, initiating a controlled chemical process.
Anode Oxidation
At the positively charged anode, contaminants are oxidized and broken down. Hydrogen ions from the water may also oxidize, producing oxygen gas and additional hydrogen ions.
Oxidizing Agent Generation
The system generates powerful, short-lived oxidizing agents such as hydroxyl radicals through electrochemical reactions.
Contaminant Destruction
These radicals rapidly attack and break down persistent organic pollutants, narcotics, precursor chemicals, and microorganisms in the solution.
